Victoria Police say a “police incident” that was taking place along Pandora Avenue on Thursday afternoon has been resolved.
Just after 3 p.m., VicPD said the 700-block of Pandora Avenue, between Blanshard Street and Douglas Street, was closed.

Police tape and cruisers could be seen at the corner of Pandora Avenue and Blanshard Street on Thursday afternoon.
In an update just after 4:15 p.m., VicPD said the situation had been resolved and that the block was reopening to traffic.
“Thank you for your patience,” said police in a social media post.
