Highway 14 in Metchosin, between Impala and Kangaroo roads, is now fully reopened to traffic following a vehicle incident Sunday morning.

The stretch of highway, also called Sooke Road, is east of Sooke and was reduced to single-lane alternating traffic, but in an update around 11:20 a.m. DriveBC said it was cleared.

Mounties say no one was injured.

Crews were on scene, and commuters were urged to pass with caution and expect minor delays, according to DriveBC in an initial post to X, also known as Twitter, around 10:30 a.m.
