Forecast: Snow is all but over but cold temperatures and strong NE wind will make for a very chilly night and Saturday

WATCH: Snowfall warnings are ended but the next issue will be wind. A wind warning is issued for Greater Victoria and the Southern Gulf Islands with northeast wind estimated to hit speeds of 60-90 km/hr. It will be a cloudy night with lows going to -5 C but the wind chill will make it feel more like -16 C. Saturday also carries a wind warning for strong northeast winds 60-90 km/hr and highs of -1 C. Wind chill will again make it feel closer to -16 C in the morning and -9 Cfor the afternoon. On Sunday, the sunshine gets out with highs of 3 C.
