Ladysmith RCMP are investigating a suspicious fire in Ladysmith Sunday evening.
The fire, which was on a house slated for demolition on South Watts Road, was reportedly around 8 p.m. The house was one of two empty houses being prepared for tear down on a piece of industrial land.
The fire was out as of 10 p.m.
