Police tape surrounds Victoria's Centennial Square, following a stabbing Wednesday night.
Victoria Police says a person is in custody following a stabbing incident Wednesday night.
Police were called around 5:40 p.m. for a report that a man had been stabbed in Centennial Square.
Shortly after officers arrived at the scene, they apprehended the suspect, who is in custody.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Victoria Police says there is no risk to the public.
